Refund Policy

Products must be returned in the same condition as they are sold. It must not be used nor altered and must include all inserts and accessories, if applicable. If the item has been used or is not in the same condition as it was sold, we will inspect the item and communicate a revised valuation if different from the original selling price. Original shipping charges are not refundable (except in certain situations).

 

The returned goods must be without any signs of wear, with all accessories and in their original packaging. Any returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.

In most situations, Product Keys can no longer be resold, redeemed, or utilized by another customer or another computer; any key code is therefore non-refundable as long as it was delivered digitally. However, defective key codes will be replaced, unless they have been ordered in error.
